ITEM 009 - FAMILY TIME, P. BUCKLEY MOSS PRINT

This item started as a limited edition (14/1000), signed print of Family Time, by legendary Virginia artist P. Buckley Moss (which happens to feature a minature of one of Pat’s other works in the background), from her Charity Print Collection. Pat then turned this into a one-of-a-kind piece by “personalizing” the print with the addition of “A Grace Place” written in ink over the painting hanging on the wall behind the family. She also re-signed the print in ink.
Lodan Fine Art and Framing has contributed the matting and framing of this piece, drawing on their experience working with the Moss on the James Chapter of the P. Buckley Moss Society.
Pat Moss in her art and in her life seems to “speak” a language that ordinary folks are able to understand. Talent, determination, intelligibility, a little luck, and lots of caring are all parts of the Moss phenomenon. These are the attributes that constitute Moss’ life and fill her art. For many who know her work and are familiar with her life and her upbeat philosophy, she truly is THE PEOPLE’S ARTIST.
