Invitation to Bid: Refurbishment of “A Grace Place Adult Care Center”

This project will consist of the refurbishment of 11,400 square feet of A Grace Place Adult Care Center. The work includes selective modifications to include but not limited to new interior building finishes, new selective building casework, new selective plumbing and mechanical work, selective demolition and new construction work including partition, electrical, ceiling and other related work, new selective door access control work, and additional work as indicated on the drawings. This project is funded in whole or in part with federal Community Development Block Grant funds. All requirements of the Davis Bacon Act and other federal labor regulations must be met.
