A Grace Place Adult Care Center (“AGP”) is extremely grateful for your dedication to adult day services to support community‐based living. We respect your privacy and the privacy of all of our friends and donors. AGP is committed to protecting the privacy of its website visitors, currently located at www.agraceplaceacc.org (the “website”). You may visit our website to browse the information, download documents, make donations or send us an e‐mail. The terms and conditions below govern any use of this site. AGP collects the contact information you voluntarily provide through our website, mailings, contributions, and event registrations. This information is used to respond to your request or inquiry and to contact you about programs and services of AGP. Further, we may use any personal data and information submitted by you during your use of the website for AGP's internal use relating to the purposes for which you submitted such data, including but not limited to processing pledges, internal traffic monitoring, usage monitoring and projections. We do not engage in telemarketing, and will not call your home except for gift acknowledgement purposes or to ask a specific question regarding your volunteer, event attendance or other involvement with our organization.
AGP does not sell, trade, or release your contact information to parties outside of our organization. We occasionally may send information regarding other organizations we think may interest you, or send invitations from another organization doing a benefit for AGP using our mail house. Is Credit Card Information Secure?
We care about the safety and security of your transaction. We use high grade encryption and the https security protocol to communicate with your browser software. This method is the industry standard security protocol, and the companies we work with to process credit card transactions also use high grade encryption and security protocols. Contributions may also be made by calling 804‐261‐0205, ext. 117.
Is My Personal Information Secure?
The same high grade encryption and https security protocols used for financial transactions on our site are used in collecting personal information.

In addition to maintaining privacy and security controls over information you share with us, AGP works to accurately process your contribution information. During business hours, our staff is available to answer questions about your financial donation. And, independent external and internal audits are conducted to ensure the privacy, security and appropriate processing of your information on our site.
