A Culture of Grace

Celebrating life is the unique culture of a Grace PLACE; a culture that focuses on individuals and elevates them through the sheer joy of life. Our members are not hindered by their physical limitations and disabilities as they explore the possibilities of life through art, music, dance, theatre, exercise, community service, and the company of friends.

Our commitment to our members’ lives can be seen in our staff’s professional training and education, which includes certification in the following areas: CPR, First-aid, medication management, human rights, positive behavioral support, Adult Day Health Care Aid training, and Person-Centered Care for dementia.  In addition, each staff person attends specialized training in related areas such as, autism, self-determination, Parkinson’s, dementia, etc.
