As a leading, non-profit provider of adult day services including adult day health and day support programs, a Grace PLACE serves individuals with lifelong, age-related, or chronic conditions who need supervision, support with daily living activities, and socialization. Located in Richmond, Virginia, a Grace PLACE does what it takes to meet the needs of individuals and their primary caregivers regardless of the required level of care and financial ability. Our members include people with physical, mental/emotional, and cognitive limitations.
